How does billing work?
Customers are marked as to what their normal monthly charges are. Then, using our One-Key Billing feature, you simply specify which group you want to bill and the system automatically posts all charges and prints the bills. The bills will show Previous Balance, automatic charges, extra charges, payments, and any messages you have designated to print on the bill.

What are some of the features that make billing so easy?
Easy Bill & Route allows you to quickly correct or change mistakes so that the bills you send out are not confusing, to prorate on new starts and partial cycles, and to reprint a statement for one or more accounts at a time. The system can also bill with one key, have multiple payment batches open for the same day, and bill for any period (week, twice a month, month, quarter, etc.) with correct finance charges and aging. Easy Bill & Route will even allow both residential and commercial services on the same bill.
