What type of routing information is given to my drivers?
A Route Sheet can be printed for any given date. It will include only accounts that are to be picked up on that date. Special Pickup and Stop Service information can also print on the Route Sheet or on a
separate report.
Can special messages be put on the route sheet?
Special driver messages of up to twelve lines can be kept in an account and will print on the Route Sheet. This allows instructions regarding servicing or directions to an out-of-the-way location can be easily communicated to drivers.
How are missed pickups rerouted?
A 'One-Time Pickup' transaction can be entered for an account. You can print these intermixed with your normally scheduled routes or you can print them
separately.
